John Harbord is the Chair of the Major Electricity Users' Group, representing many of New Zealand's largest industrial companies including Oji Fibre Solutions, Pan Pac Forest Products, Winstone Pulp and Daiken NZ. He is also the Executive Director of the New Zealand Shipping Federation, a lawyer, the former government relations lead partner at consultancy SenateSHJ, Treaty settlements negotiator for the Crown and senior advisor to Prime Minister John Key.x
