CANCELLATION POLICY

Appita reserves the right to charge registrants a fee if they cancel after registering and making payment.

For cancellations 

• $50 admin fee any cancellation within 10 working days | Encourage nominate a replacement
• 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellation 15 working days prior to course date (last day to cancel before 50% fee applies 5 August 2026)
• 100% cancellation fee applies for no show.
