Payments
Payment for Early Bird Registrations MUST be received on or before 16 October 2019. After this date the Early Bird rate expires and the Standard Rate will be applied automatically to all unpaid registrations.

Payment must be made in Australian Dollars. The following payment methods are accepted: Credit Card – MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and Electronic Funds Transfer. A 1.5% surcharge applies for AMEX transactions.

Cancellations and amendments
Registration cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted via telephone. Amendments and cancellations must be sent in writing to Appita via email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Cancellations received up to Wednesday13 November to the Conference receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration charge. 

No refund will be given for cancellations received after the Wednesday 13 November. However, an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly. Please note no refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.
