The event will be fully COVID-safe and compliant with current government health requirements.
Attendees to FVCCON22 live events are no longer required to either be fully vaccinated or show their vaccination status.
The MCEC adheres to full COVID venue safe measures. It is of course requested that you do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell or showing any COVID symptoms.
Distinction Hotel, Rotorua New Zealand
Distinction Hotels adhere to the New Zealand Covid-19 framework which states that vaccine passes are no longer required to attend events. Covid safety measures are in place to keep both delegates and staff safe.
If the COVID framework changes before or during the event you will be notified of any updated procedures the hotel may implement to safely run the event. If you are feeling unwell or show signs of Covid-19 please do not attend.
General Cancellation Policy for Live events
Notification of cancellation received at least 14 calendar days in advance of the commencement date will be refunded in full, less a 10% cancellation fee to cover the transaction costs.
Cancellation made less than two weeks prior to the event will receive a refund, less 50% of the registration cost. Cancellations made less than seven days prior to the event will not receive a refund.
Should you be unable to attend an event for which you have registered and paid, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend in your place, provided Appita has been notified in writing and in advance of the event.
If a non-member replaces a member, an additional fee will be charged to reflect the correct non-member rate to attend.
Places at the Appita FVCCON22 live streamed and live events cannot be shared.
All registrants for any Appita event must have paid their event registration fees in full prior to attending an event or risk non-admission at the event.
