This course is designed to give non-finance professionals a background and improved understanding of the concepts that are used in negotiation.
It will give participants an insight into negotiation concepts and practical applications.
The course consists of online materials and a Virtual Instructor-Led (VIL) workshop.

The module contains 4, 10-15 minute e-learning videos designed to give a background in negotiation skills.
At the end of the e-learning videos, a workshop will be conducted to consolidate learnings, ask questions and undertake some practical exercises
You can view the online videos any time prior to the workshop, which will give you the opportunity to post any questions before the scheduled workshop.

Course Presenter

P.Williams.jpg Peter Williams is the former CFO and COO of Australian Paper.
Peter holds an undergraduate degree in Business for Monash University and MBA from Melbourne University.
With over 30 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry in both finance and general management roles, he has in-depth knowledge of the financial decision-making principles and processes and how they relate directly to the pulp and paper industry.
Most recently he was instrumental in the acquisition of the Orora fibre-based packaging assets by Australian Paper / NPI and the establishment of the Opal Group.
