Liam has been a researcher with Varden Process for the past 6 years after graduating Monash University with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering. In that time, he has worked across a mixture of fibre quality improvement and optimisation of fibre thermoforming. Liam has a passion for developing new technologies to reduce reliance on non-recyclable packaging materials.

Liam is also the current chair of the APPITA Young Professionals Network, where he wants to give the next generation of young professionals the opportunity and tools to thrive in the future."
