Jonathan Dolan is a Policy Officer at the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO), where he works with government and industry stakeholders to support brand owners in navigating packaging regulation, particularly on single-use plastics and PFAS in packaging. Since joining APCO in 2023, he has worked across the organisation in roles from member services to government partnerships, and now works as part of APCO’s regulatory policy team. He has recently played a key role in developing APCO’s PFAS Discussion Paper, and is currently working with stakeholders on updates to APCO’s Action Plan, a national, industry-led approach to phasing out PFAS in packaging.
