Ardi Sastrohartoyo is the Manufacturing and EHSQ Manager at Kemira Australia’s Hallam facility, where he leads plant operations and ensures compliance with ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 standards. He oversees manufacturing output, quality, inventory, maintenance, engineering and continuous improvement, aligning site performance with company objectives and customer requirements.

With more than 20 years’ experience across the manufacturing, mining and water utility sectors in the Asia-Pacific region, Ardi has held senior roles including Business Systems Manager at Opal Australian Paper, Group HSE Manager – Process Safety/Chemicals at Toll Group, and Major Hazard Facility & Risk Specialist at Melbourne Water. A Chartered Professional Chemical Engineer and Chartered Chemist, he is also an AGSM Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
