Angela has 35+ years experience working in a variety of roles across different industries such as the steel and chemical industries, and energy efficiency consulting.

Angela has worked in operations management, process design and process improvement. Her experience in steel production and ammonia production involved numerous types of combustion systems, furnaces, boilers and reformers.

Since entering the energy and carbon management industry, Angela has completed energy audits for a wide variety of businesses including steel, glass, galvanising, plastic, food, stock feed, irrigation, leather tanning and numerous other manufacturing industries. She has been contracted on an ongoing basis in steel manufacturing to support Energy Management Programs since 2008.

A significant part of Angela’s experience since 2009 has involved formal Measurement and Verification processes (IPMVP) to confirm the energy savings from various types of project implementations and to create carbon trading certificates from the savings under Australian-based schemes.

Angela’s role with energy management clients has moved to a more holistic consideration of decarbonisation and net zero goals in recent years.
