Min is a purpose-driven sustainability leader, passionate about how business can be done in a better way. She champions sustainability not just as responsibility, but as a source of growth, innovation and competitive advantage. Min spent majority of her career working brand side, initially building brands then turning to supporting how brands embed sustainability by translating complex challenges into actionable strategies that enable internal action and stronger customer collaboration. In 2025 she joined Opal, recognising the important role suppliers play in accelerating the sustainability transition and energised by the opportunity to impact the wider value chain.
