Patrick Dooley has served as General Manager of Boyer Paper Mill since April 2020 and has been with the mill since February 1999, representing more than 27 years of continuous service.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Tasmania (1996). Over his tenure with Norske Skog, he has held senior leadership positions including Regional Business Development Manager (October 2018 – April 2020) and Maintenance and Engineering Manager (2008 – 2018).

He has also led significant capital and development projects as Project Manager for the $85 million Light Weight Coated Conversion Project (2011 – 2014), the $55 million Softwood Conversion Project (2007 – 2009), and the FC5 Prototype Biochemicals Plant Development (2015 – 2017).
Patrick’s governance experience includes serving as a Volunteer Board Member of Blueline Laundry (January 2008 – 2015) and as a TMEC Director (2022 – 2025).
