Full Conference Registration:

Day Registration:
Enjoy all the benefits of the full conference pass but for one day of your choice. Note: Day 2 registration does not include access to the Awards Dinner. Please purchase an additional ticket if you wish to attend.
Student/Retiree Registration:
Special discounted rate for students and retirees. Proof of status is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your registration on or before 20th October 2024, you will receive a refund less a $50 administration fee.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after 20th October 2024. However, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge upon written notification to Appita.
Please note that if the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to refund any travel or accommodation costs you may have incurred.

ANTITRUST & COMPETITION COMPLIANCE POLICY
Appita Inc is committed to ensuring compliance with all applicable antitrust and competition laws including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) and related regulations.
In accordance with these laws, participants in Appita Inc events, including the Appita Conference are strictly prohibited from engaging in any discussions or activities that may be considered anti-competitive. This includes but is not limited to, discussions about fixing prices, dividing or allocating markets, customers or territories, or engaging in any other conduct that unfairly restricts competition.
All attendees, speakers, and sponsors are expected to be aware of and comply with, this policy at all times during the event. Any person who believes that a violation of this policy is occurring, or has occurred, should immediately report it to Appita Inc or appropriate authorities.
Failure to adhere to this policy may result in expulsion from the event and may also have legal consequences.

EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Registration: All attendees must register before attending the event. Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full.
- Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of registration.
- Cancellation by Organiser: In the event that the organiser cancels the conference, attendees will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund of the registration fee will be given. However, the organiser cannot be held responsible for any related travel, accommodation costs or other costs you may have incurred.
- Event Changes: The organiser reserves the right to change the event schedule, and location, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control. Attendees will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
- Code of Conduct: All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference are required to agree to the Code of Conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event.
- Liability: The event organiser is not liable for any personal accident, loss, or damage to the private property of attendees occurring within the conference venues.
- Photography & Filming: Photographs and/or filming may take place at the event. By attending the conference, you consent to your image being captured and used by the event organiser for promotional purposes.
- Privacy: The information you provide when registering for the event will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
