Appita is delighted to be partnering with Proteus Solutions to deliver the new Emerging Leaders Program. Over the Emerging Leaders program, an expert facilitator from Proteus will deliver 4 x 3-hour virtual sessions exploring a range of topics, all focused on giving future leaders a launchpad to success in the pulp, paper and packaging industry. The program will also feature 2 guest speaker session hosted by Appita where you’ll hear from industry thought leaders on Leading Innovation & Change and Building Teams. These sessions, combined with 8 weekly digital challenges makes it one of the most practical and relevant leadership programs in Australasia.

Session 7: Embedding Session
Get the tools and templates to motivate you to take the next step in reaching your potential as a leader. The embedding session we will revisit the core principles covered in previous training program, along with the key concepts, templates, and activities/discussions, to continue to ensure that the learning outcomes are being utilised, and to create strategies to move the business and culture forward.
COURSE SCHEDULE

Course requirements:
- Participants will receive confirmation of their booking followed by a second email 2 weeks before the program, with a password and link for the digital component of the program.
- Participants will be asked to create their profile and read and action any program prerequisites before attending the virtual sessions.
- Participants will attend four virtual sessions and will be provided with an extensive program manual. Our expert facilitators will work with participants to get the most from these sessions.
- After completion of the virtual sessions, participants will be required to complete the digital evaluation.
- Participants will then receive a weekly challenge by email, for the next 8 weeks, that will allow them to log in on the device of their choice and complete their challenges.
- At the end of the 8-week period, all submitted responses will be automatically populated to create a Live IT! Challenge Document.
- Once this document is complete, and has been downloaded, then participants will be able to print a personalised Certificate of Completion.

Cancellation policy: Appita reserves the right to charge registrants a fee if they cancel after registering and making payment. For cancellations less than two weeks prior to the course a 25% cancellation fee will apply, and for less than one week prior the fee is 50%. No refund will be given for non-attendance after the course has commenced.
