Appita has always been the Australian and New Zealand pulp and paper industry`s chief source of technical information and learning, primarily for production and quality control purposes.

The concern over the risk posed to consumers health due to packaging materials in contact with food has increased greatly in recent years. This committee seeks to aid Appita members in addressing these concerns.
