Michael Grima is an industrial designer and packaging specialist with 32 years of experience in senior design roles at Kambrook, Cryovac Sealedair, Outerspace Design, Mondelez, KFC, Coles, and Laminex. He is the founder of qDesign Enterprises and The Pack Collective. Michael's team has won over 50 design awards, including nine World Star Awards.

He offers independent packaging design and sustainability services for FMCG brands, focusing on meeting Australia's 2025 National Packaging Targets. Michael also serves on the National Packaging Design Standards Taskforce and has held leadership roles at the Australian Institute of Packaging as past President.
