Shiree Murdoch - Oji Fibre Solutions General Manager - People, Culture and Safety

Shiree grew up in Ashburton before heading off to Canterbury University. Following this, she spent 10 years working at Mobil Oil in Wellington and Nelson before heading off to London in 2000.  During her time in London Shiree worked in Human Resources and Operations in large banks and professional services firms at HR Director and Board level.

Returning to NZ in 2018, Shiree spent two years as Head of HR at Triton Hearing before setting up her own HR Consulting business and assuming Board roles at Dress for Success Auckland and the NZ Chiropractic College. Joining Oji Fibre Solutions in 2022 as Head of HR for Pulp and Paper, she moved into her newly created leadership team role in August last year.
