Visy is installing solar panels at multiple sites across the country to reduce its energy consumption and environmental impact. According to the company, the initiative will lower electricity use at six Victorian sites by 7 per cent, while its beverage can site in Yatala, Queensland, will see a 23 per cent reduction in energy consumption once the installation is complete in December.
