Aurelia has once again produced a world breaking technology by applying its PSM-Q continuous stiffness measurement to European sack kraft manufacturers. For the first time, on a commercial paper machine, Aurelia has applied a continuously reported estimate of sack kraft properties—including TEA, stretch and tensile strength—that shows twice the accuracy of the test room laboratory results and has the potential to save millions of Euros per year per machine in energy savings and removal of over-specification.
