John Schroeder is the ABB Global Industry Consultant for Digital in Pulp & Paper. He is located in Westerville, Ohio, USA.

John joined ABB in 1988 and has worked in process industries for over 30 years. During his career, John has had responsibilities in project management, engineering, sales & marketing, product management, business management, and Industry 4.0 business development.

In his current role as ABB Global Industry Consultant for Digital in Pulp & Paper, John’s responsibilities include overseeing digital transformation initiatives with customers, providing product development guidance, and overall success of ABB’s Industry 4.0 business initiatives.

John attended Western Michigan University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1987. He also attended Duke University’s School of Business and obtained a certificate in Executive Management in 2000.
