Roland is a Chemical Engineer with a Business Degree, and a Masters in Business Administration. Throughout his career he has worked in Australia, South Africa and Europe (Belgium). Roland has held positions with Sappi (Paper Manufacture), Australian Paper/Amcor (Paper Manufacture), Eka Chemicals (Paper Chemicals) and Manildra Group (Gluten, Starch, Glucose, Ethanol).
