
Jarrod is the CEO of the Australian Alliance for Energy Productivity (A2EP), where he has been instrumental in driving the organisation’s efforts to enhance energy productivity across industrial, commercial and ag sectors. With over 20 years of experience at Swedish engineering firm Alfa Laval before joining A2EP, Jarrod brought a wealth of industrial knowledge and leadership to his role. Under his guidance, A2EP has gained a reputation for developing valuable resources such as webinars, tools, and publications aimed at helping businesses to economically decarbonise.
Specialising in renewable heating solutions, particularly heat pumps, Jarrod has played a key role in promoting sustainable energy practices throughout the commercial and industrial sectors. His leadership has positioned A2EP as a thought leader in the energy transition, providing practical solutions that reduce carbon emissions and also improve energy efficiency and productivity.

Russell Allan is the managing director of Aurelia Group Consulting, a business that specialises in optimising paper machines for cost and product performance. He is the holder of a number of patents innovative measurement in the paper and packaging industry, most notably related to on-line, continuous non-destructive stiffness measurement on the paper machine.
Russell is the current editor of Appita magazine (Australian Pulp and Paper Industry Technical Association), the 2014 winner of the L R Benjamin medal and was most recently awarded the Jasper Mardon Memorial Prize in 2015 for a “significant contribution to the science and technology of paper making”.
Russell has delivered a number of papers related to paper measurement, quality and paper and paper packaging performance at Appita and around the world.

Travis has a 25-year career that is both extensive and diverse. He began as a Maintenance Planning Engineer at Visy, where he quickly advanced to a management role, overseeing trades teams of up to 200 people and working on large industrial machines.
A natural leader, Travis has been spearheaded for global executive leadership courses and transformation projects, such as one sponsored by McKinsey & Co. He has obtained a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School, and has extensive experience across industries including Health, Education, Defence, Wealth Funds, Transport, Agriculture, and Manufacturing in the Asia Pacific, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Middle East.

Peter has dedicated over 31 years to Rockwell Automation, undertaking diverse roles ranging from Commissioning Engineer and Drive Systems Application Engineer to Strategic Account Manager. His deep involvement in the Pulp and Paper industry across Australia and New Zealand has seen him contribute significantly to major Drive Systems and Distributed Control Systems projects for leading industry players.
Currently, Peter focuses on assisting Pulp and Paper end-users in addressing key areas such as energy efficiency, asset optimization, and reliability enhancement. By working closely with key customers, he tailors solutions to meet their specific business needs.
